One of the things that got told to me was I had to learn how to stay in my Hula Hoop
Have you ever tried to keep your Hula-Hoop going?

Sobriety would include your spirituality-thinking etc.

Eating the right things getting the right sleep drinking water exercises that you can do
getting to enough meetings calling people answering the phone even when you dont want to?

I guess its really all back to The HALT Hungry angry lonely tired
Btw I suck at it but trying to do better
Iam just trying to get three meals a day some water some sleep some walking
and to keep on top of appts and all its a big job taking care of me
I hate it LOL But the only who...
