Posts: 1456 05/21/08 11:54:53	The best way for me to describe it is "Religion is man given" and "Spirituality is God given." I always had my Christian belief although I didn't have a deep Spiritual connection to the God I believed in because I didn't think He believed in me. Today I have a relationship with my God. The relationship is no longer long distant and the Spirit of God is within me. In today, I am an advocate for Zen as a way of living. I have a real spiritual connection with Native American practices and a love of nature and animals. I believe God can be found in all things because that Spirit is within. Everywhere I look, God is there. I don't turn a blind eye to things because of the laws of man, the church, and tradition. For me, my Higher Power is the (W)Holy Spirit. Love Always, Jo Each day is a new beginning, so have a great one.
